About Craig

I have 25 years of experience in the building industry. I started out doing maintenance in Colorado for hotels and property management companies and it evolved into owning a property management company. I was also a carpenter at the same time to learn what it took to construct a house from the foundation to the finished product. I then moved to Montana and started working in the plumbing industry where I learned about that aspect of construction. My interest steered me in the direction of electrical systems. I went back to school and became a journeyman electrician which I enjoyed doing for 15 years. I wanted to combine my vast experience and knowledge in the building industry into doing thorough and complete inspections for potential home buyers.
